You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

- Y11 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account secure.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Y11 users are expected to use the platform responsibly and ethically. Any activity deemed to be abusing the system, disrupting platform operations, or harming other users is prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without compensation:
- Fraud, match manipulation, or collusion with other users.
- Money laundering or the use of funds from illegal sources.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through unauthorised methods.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Distributing harmful, obscene, or unlawful content.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the security of y11's systems.
Y11 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on y11 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports a range of local payment methods including FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank and more), TNG eWallet, and Maybank2u. Deposits are typically processed within minutes upon transaction confirmation.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds used are legitimate and sourced legally. y11 complies with anti-money laundering regulations and reserves the right to request proof of fund sources at any time.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected.
- Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification.
- Any fees charged by third-party payment service providers are the responsibility of the user.
- Confirmed transactions cannot be reversed except under exceptional circumstances as determined by y11.
- Y11 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected.

Account Suspension & Closure
Y11 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to claim any remaining balance until an investigation is completed and no wrongdoing is found.
